The safety of our clients and associates is our number one priority. We have carefully reviewed all Federal and State guidelines to ensure we are implementing protocols that provide the safest and finest eyewear experience.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR STORES:
Our doors will be locked; please call the store phone (the number will be listed on the door) to let us know you’ve arrived for your appointment.
PROCEDURES TAKEN UPON ENTERING:
Clients and associates will have their temperatures taken prior to entering our stores. Initially, we will be working by appointment only. We ask that these appointments are one-on-one to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
PROTOCOLS TO ENSURE SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS:
We will be cleaning and disinfecting of all tools and equipment, regular surface cleaning, and all frames will be cleaned and sanitized between clients. Our staff will be outfitted with protective masks and gloves which will be available to clients as well, as they will need to be worn throughout the appointment. Hand washing and/or hand sanitizer will be available in all stores. Associates will be required to wash hands every thirty minutes, and before and after every client interaction.
We are also available for curbside pickup and home delivery to ensure the experience is as comfortable and convenient for our clients.
